Bare Bones Power Meter (the "App") is built to be bare bones about your data, too. This policy explains what we do and don't collect.
The App connects to your power meter and heart rate sensor over Bluetooth and displays the readings on your screen and in a short-term graph. This processing happens entirely on your device. We do not operate any servers that receive your workout data, and we do not transmit power or heart rate readings anywhere.
We don't require an account, so we don't have a name, email, or profile tied to your use of the App. We don't use analytics or advertising SDKs, and we don't track you across other apps or websites. We don't sell or share data, because we don't collect any to begin with.
The App is sold as a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment information. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
If the App crashes, Apple may collect a crash log through its standard OS-level reporting, which you can choose to share or not from your device settings. We don't run our own crash-reporting or diagnostics service.
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, children included — see above.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the update.
