These terms cover your use of Bare Bones Power Meter (the "App"), made by Bare Bones Apps. By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.
Bare Bones Power Meter is a one-time purchase. Once you buy it, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it on your own devices. You don't own the software itself, just the right to use it — no subscription, no recurring charge.
The App is provided "as is." We do our best to make it accurate and reliable, but we make no guarantees about accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sensor data depends on your hardware (power meter, heart rate strap) and its own accuracy — we're just displaying what it reports.
The App is a training aid, not a medical device. Heart rate and power readings are for general fitness informational purposes only. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition or other health concerns.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard App Store refund policy, not by us directly.
To the extent permitted by law, Bare Bones Apps is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on the data it displays.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
